The cancellation and refund policies are determined by the cruise lines, and displayed throughout the purchase, checkout, and post-booking confirmation process. The cancellation penalty is calculated by the cruise line as a percentage of the total fare.  

For the cancellation fees specific to your booking, go to your cruise confirmation email and select 'Request Changes' to access your Reservation Management  and click on cancellation fees (in the **Cancellation Policy** section under the Price Details).  If you have not booked your cruise yet, you will see a link to the cancellation policy, including any non-refundable deposits and cancellation penalties, in the **Review Your Selection** page right before you begin the checkout process. We, as your travel agency, are **not** responsible for penalties imposed by cruise lines.
