How do I add packages?
You can add drink packages, spa packages, specialty dining, Wi-Fi, and shore excursions by registering online with the cruise line!
If you are having trouble with the NCL check in process, call NCL Technical Support department at 1.866.625.1160.
What items are allowed on board?
Beverages
Guests are prohibited from bringing any beverages including liquor, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks such as water, soda and juices on board either as carry-on or checked luggage.
Fully sealed and/or corked wine/champagne bottles for personal consumption onboard will be charged a corkage fee (for guests 21 years of age or older).
Wine & Champagne Policy
Guests may bring bottles of wine and champagne on board. When bottles are brought on board and served or consumed in any restaurant, public room/area or in their stateroom, a corkage fee will be charged. No limit on how many bottles guests can bring.
Guests who purchase a beverage package or who have a beverage package as part of the Free At Sea promotion will not be charged a corkage fee if the guest brings a bottle(s) of wine onboard.
Embarkation Day
Wine or champagne to be consumed on board will be charged a corkage fee (Liquor & Wine Policy)
Liquor and wine that is brought on board (non-consumption) will be kept in a designated area for the guest to claim on last night of the cruise or morning of debarkation.
Non-alcoholic beverages will not be brought on board and disposed of at the terminal.
Items Purchased in Ports of Call
Wine or liquor purchased in any port of call and brought on board by the guest will be stored by the ship and given back to the guest on the evening before disembarkation or the morning of disembarkation. Item/s will be tagged with guest information and Guest will be provided the receipt for pick up.
